Ordering and shipment confirmation:
 
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will arrive soon after submitting your order.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way, and you are able to track your order. 
 
When will my order arrive?
 
Due to that all of our products are custom made and NFC embedded, the processing time from order confirmation
is between 4 to 5 weeks. Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive to your destination..
(Depending on where in the country you are located and the shipping method selected).
 
What is the shipping cost?
 
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight in the United States and Canada.

 

Do you ship outside the United States and Canada?

 
We appreciate you patience while we implement international shipping of our jewelry and accessories. 

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

 
eJewelled does not ship to PO boxes at this time.

 

Can I change my address after I purchase the jewelry?

 
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change your address or other information, please email us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to honor your request.

 

 Do you ship expedited ?
 
 We ship all our products expedited through Canada Post and Purolator.

 

What should I do if my package was returned back to ejewelled.com?

 

If your package was returned to our facilty, a refund will be issued. We will then send you a confirmation via email,
once we have processed your refund. 

 

What if I have multiple jewelry orders?

 

We ship all orders complete. We do not do partial shipments.
 
 
What is your return policy?
 
If you are not completely satisfied with  your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.
The returned item must be unworn and with its original packaging. We will then issue a  website credit.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.
